Professional success depends on professional competence, a scope of knowledge and skills of the Company’s personnel. In order to assure the Company’s development, employees’ professional growth, JSC TSEM has worked out training and development programs for all categories of employees. JSC TSEM corporate training and development system is aimed at achievement of the following strategic objectives:

  • ensure employees’ professional and technical skills, sufficient to meet current and prospective demands;
  • enhance administrative competencies, also through development of the Company’s internal personnel reserves;
  • meet mandatory requirements of public authorities concerning the level of professional competence of the energy complex personnel – aimed at quality and operational safety assurance;
  • ensure a sufficient level of expertise of the employees, engaged in the industrial safety management system.

The Company’s approaches to the personnel training and retraining provide opportunities for effective management of the personnel’s knowledge and skills and build up a professional potential to ensure achievement of the Company’s key objectives.

JSC TSEM employees receive advanced professional training and attend professional retraining courses for managers, which promotes the Company’s innovative development.
